Feeling Homesick!

Hey Guys,
For the past few days I have been feeling really homesick. You see I moved down here from upper Michigan. Or as I say, the U.P. During this time of year my BFF and I did everything together, well except buy each others gifts of course. But now I live in Florida and I really miss my BFF. My day at Universal Orlando!

Hey Guys,
Today I had the most amazing day, I went to Universal Orlando Resort. We spent most of the day at Islands of Adventure. Which was AWESOME, because they have Grinchmas going on. So I got to meet the Grinch and hang out with the Whos of Who-ville. Anyways, when I was walking around the park someone ran over my foot. He was like "Are you okay? I'm ssoo sorry!" I said "Its okay I'm used to it." But then the weirdest thing happened, come to find out my parents new the mom. So after they where done saying hello, and long time no see, they introduced us to each other. And we be came really close friends. When it was time to say good-bye he told me " Wow, you are really cool you know that." I replied, "Thanks, you are to. But why am I so cool?" Then he said, "You didn't really even notice that I can't walk like you, that I'm very different from you." Then I said, Of course you're different, we are all different. In personality's, the way we look. But what matters is whats inside, not out side. You took me as I am, so why wouldn't I return the favor? All he did was smile, that was the best part of my day. Making someone who was always left out, finally feel like part of the group.

My thoughts on Britney Spears

I think that Britney Spears is a little over raided, I mean yes she is making another "come back." But I mean come on, her career is over. She was good before she got into drugs, and pregnant, and all that. She was a mess, and she still is! My thoughts are that she needs to give it up and go home.

Van trouble!!

Our van broke down on Saturday and my dad has been trying to fix it. Well..... he is a good "mechanic",but this story doesn't prove it. On Saturday we were going out to get our Christmas Tree. So we pull out of the drive way and the car stalls! So my mom tried to start it again and again, over and over, and over. It won't start, so we decide to push it back into the drive way, the neighbors come over to help us. Then my dad climbs under neath the van and ask my mom to turn the key, she does. The fuel pump isn't working. So he test all the connections, and all the other stuff, and its fine. So the next day he goes and gets the fuel pump and changes it, it takes him 2 days to get in! Of course he had to drain the fuel tank, and then take that down and get the old one off, but still 2 days! Anyways, after he gets all that done and back on he says" Now it will work!" But it doesn't, so our neighbor who is a retired mechanic comes down to help. He listens to everything, checks is all out. He says "Change your fuel filter." My dad was going crazy and felt so stupid because he should have thought of it. So he changes that and hooks everything back up, still won't work! So he crawls back under and looks at everything, and decides to take it all apart again. And my mom started it up and the pump started blowing bubbles. He had two wires backwards! He was so mad! I thought it was funny.

CAMP!!!

I went to this cool camp a few years ago, it was AWESOME!!!! I meet some really cool people, Sarah Mars, Brittney Kemppainen, Carly, Taylor, Erica, Hannah, Stacey, and a lot more people! Plus I got to bring one of my good friends, Cassie Walters! Over the week we had the normal tiffs, but we pulled through it, and in the end we were all the best of friends! We made AWESOME beef stew, ans AMAZING chocolate cake, three layer to be exact! We enjoyed the lake a lot, and sitting in the sauna talking about Grease! And the girls trying to convince me to let them paint my nails! Anyways, for our talent show we did a skit where we all sat in a line on a bench reading our magazine's. Then the person furthest to the left asked the person to her right "is it time yet?' but in a whisper, and then they would ask the person to the right, e.c.t., until it reached the end. Then the person on the end would say "not yet", then it would get passed down the line. We repeated this for like 5 times, than the last and final time the person on the end said "yes", we all bring out our lip gloss, except for Carly, she brought out her shaving cream, and the rest of us were like "what are you doing?" Then she replied "I thought it was shaving day." Then we all laughed and threw our lip gloss into the audience and went back to reading our magazine's.
The sunsets were BEAUTIFUL!!! There was red, orange, yellow, and even pink and purple! But the funnest part of the trip, was the river raft trip. I was partnered with Britney, we flipped over, it was so funny! The river was deep at parts, and then shallow, like only 1in of water at some points in the river. Our knees got scrapped up bad! But all in all it was fun! At the end of camp there was an awesome concert that me and my friend Cassie went to, during breaks we went swimming and had a lot of fun! This was my week at Fortune Lake Lutheran Camp!

HELP PROTECT OUR EVERGLADES!!!! Or any wetland!

Just recently I was assigned a project for school on the wetland of the U.S.A. I found out the the Everglades is home to 68 endangered species! I don't know about you, but I think that's cool, and I think we all need to help protect our Everglades, and other places home to many or any endangered species.

Life is funny sometimes

I go through life everyday, wondering why things happen. Or why things take a turn for the worst. But I always somehow remember that yes, there is going to pain, yes there is going to be downfalls, but God is always going to be there to help me on my way. Giving me a push when I need it, or holding me when I am to afraid to move on. So I encourage everyone to go out and do something crazy, and if you get scared, call on God, say "Lord I am frightened, I need you!"
He will reply, "I am right here, I never left you."
