Free to be me

Life... its CRAZY! For sure.. and with all its crazy twist and turns, come HUGE decisions. Everyone has to make one sometime. And one of the biggest ones I have ever had to make, is being me. I know it doesn't seem that big, but if you think about it.. it really is. There is so much pressure out there to "fit in" and no be an "outcast." So people try to change themselves to "fit in" and be popular. Me.. not so much, I chose to be me. Cause being me is the best thing I can be. Why try to be something I'm not? I don't see the point... God put me here to be me, and do my job. If I chose to not be me, then I wouldn't be able to do that. I wouldn't have the AWESOME friends I have now. I wouldn't have anything i have now because I would be living a lie. Nothing in my life would be true. In the end, I LOVE being me!!! I LOVE my life because of my AMAZING friends and family!!! Its all because I chose to be me...

Something only a blond could pull off......

Hey you guys, whats going on? Sorry its been ssssssssssssooooooooooo long since I have blogged. I've been a little busy....... well anyways. This past week I helped a friend out at her yard sale. Well on the second day of the sale, I was taking the little boy I was watching to Kids Kingdom. I had just gotten my skateboard and I am still learning. Well I was doing good, nice speed, great balance. Then it happened, I feel flat on my back. How did this happen you ask? Well......................................................... I sneezed! Yes, its true. It just happened, I didn't even know it was coming. Well anyways, I looked myself over and I thought I was okay, not hurt........ but then I saw my right elbow. Its was hurt bad. So the kid I was watching was all like, "Are you okay!?!?!?! Do I need to go get help?!?!?! What do I do?!?!?!" I told him to calm down, then I saw the boat house by the marina was open so I went over there and got it cleaned out. One problem, they had no band-aids. So after we went to Kids Kingdom, and got back to my friends house, I got a band-aid and I was fine. Well that is the whole story guys. Hope you enjoyed reading and I'll see you next time!

Hey ya'll!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Whats going on people? Well I have been so busy since I moved back, its so not funny! The past 2 weeks i haven't been home at all. The first week I was in the truck with my dad, what an adventure! It started out that we were going to Green-bay and back to Manstique a few times. Then my dads dispatcher asked my dad if he wanted to go to Tennessee. We said, "Heck lets go to Tennessee!" So we went home packed and off we went! Two days later we arrived where we had to be. Then we went to North Carolina, and went back up to Illinois. Then we went up to Wisconsin, then we ran around Michigan, for like a day and a half. Then we got home. I was home for like 3 hours, then we went to a softball game (well my mom and dad did, I went to my BFF's older brothers game at the sports center) then when my friends game was over we went back to the softball game. Cassi and I went for a walk down the beach, then went back to the game. Then Dustin, Cassi, and I went back to the house and hung out. Then everyone came back to my house and we asked if I could go spend a few nights at their house, and they said yes!! So I re-packed and went to their house. And we had so much fun! I have a funny story about someone that we met on x-box live. OMG!!!!!!!!!!!!!! So funny!!! For those of you who know who Josh is in Florida from Fusion, you will think its funny. Well I got to go guys!!! Bye!!!!

So cold, but its nice to be back =)

Hey guys, so yesterday we unloaded the truck. We had like..... 8 people unloading this thing. There was me, my mom and dad, my Aunt Sandy, my cousin Travis, a good friend of mine Chris, another good friend of mine Chris, and Georgia who showed up later. We had a great time even though we were working. It helped me to get back out of a "depression" I was going into because I missed everyone from Florida. Its so hard being away from you guys, but I have plenty of family here to help me through this tough time. Well this is it for now, I'm at an elementary school typing this, lol. A walk down memory lane.....

Hello people who are more awake then I am (lol) Anyways, while packing last night I was going through stuff and putting it in a box, and I found a whole bunch of stuff that I have gotten from my friends down here. Birthday cards from last year, books that I have gotten, cards from helping out at church, pictures that the kids at Fusion drew me, so much! I have to say that is was cool finding all of that stuff. I am for sure going to keep that stuff forever. Well I have to go get packing again, just as I did last night....... joy.....

Florida.....

Hey guys, Lizzie here....... I don't know why I'm telling you its me when of course its me..... anyways. As most of you know I am moving :( I just want to say that this has been the best two years of my life! I have learned so much here. But mostly, I made so many friends its amazing. I don't see why ya'll like me so much, I know I have to drive ya'll crazy, lol. Anyways, I just wanted to say to you guys here in Florida that I will never ever forget you guys. All of you mean so much to me, I have no idea what I would have done with out you guys. Not kidding. Even though it has been the best two years of my life, there was still so much drama, and you guys where there for me =-) I know that even though I am 1500 miles away, you guys will still be there for me (some of you stalking me on facebook *cough* Shirley, lol, jk) You guys are the best and I am going to miss you all so much! Well I have to go do some more packing..... yay :-/

Trusting in God's plan.

This past week, I've been thinking about Pastor Nathan's message last week. About how we have to let go of one hand, to grab on to another, and I got me thinking. How we all have to this at one point in our life. I realized that I have been hanging on to two hands, the church's, and God's. I have to let go of the one that I call my second home, Fusion Church, and have to grab on to God's hand, as he takes me on a new adventure, facing more difficult challenges, things that I'm going to be afraid of, but most importantly, getting whatever God has up there for me... done. I have to trust in myself that I'm strong enough for this. To tell you guys the truth, I don't think I'm ready for this. I'm still in training mode, not battle mode. Its going to be very, very hard for me to let go of something that makes me feel safe, and warm. But I have to be strong, and keep my head on straight so I don't get lost, and go backwards a million steps. Like I think I might, cause I really don't think I'm strong enough, and ready for this at all. One thing I do know, is that God will never give up on me. If that is one thing I have learned from Fusion, its that God will never leave me behind, or disown me, or get mad at me because I made a bad choice. We all make mistakes, and there is nothing that God will not forgive. Remember that, for as long as you live. Don't ever forget it. I had a false understanding of God before I came down here to Orlando, but I now know the true God, not the false God. I know I can call on him anytime if I need anything. No matter what I've done, no matter what I've said, he loves me for me and will never leave me. And I'll end this post with that.

Trace Adkins Concert!!!

OMG!!!! Well as you can tell, I recently went to a TRACE ADKINS concert!!!!! Pics to be on FaceBook.com very, very soon!!! Let me tell you what! It was AWESOME!!!!! When he came out on stage I almost started crying!!! He opened up with "I got my game on" one of my fave songs! Then he preformed (not in order, it was late, give me a break!) This ain't no thinkin' thing, Honky Tonk Badonkadonk, Every light in the House, The night he can't remember, I'm tryin', and so many more! I had the best time of my life!! I feel so blessed that I am able to go to things like this, cause I know at least 10 people down here that would have wanted to go to that concert. I am ssssooo blessed by the Lord!!

Fun in the Sun!!! Well, the pool!

Yesterday we had a CREW cook out, so much fun! We spent most of the time in the pool having fun. WE were playing this game to see who could tip over the most people by the end of the BBQ. I didn't win, but it was still loads of fun. When I got home, I was so water logged. Well that's all for now. BYE!

Nothing to do.....

I listen to a bunch of music, mostly Christian, Country, and pop. Country is a big thing up here in Michigan, lol. I listen to Christian because its amazing music!!!!! Pop because its something different.

Blond Moment.....

OUG! (Oh Our God! I put it this way so it does not look retarded) So today I was trying to wash some clothes right. And the washer wouldn't start. So I was like whatever, deal with it later. Well I got hungry, so I decided to heat up some shrimp from last night. I though the microwave died. (stopped working) So I was like, wait a minute. So I tried the toaster, it didn't work. So I went over to the outlet with the rest button thingy. And I hit the rest button a few times. The microwave came on, the toaster heated up, and the washer kicked in. So that is my blond moment of the day.

Today....

Hey! Well its been not so long since I've posted, but still longer than what I used to. Anyways, last Sunday I hurt my knee doing something, and it still hurts today, which is Friday. I have to wear a brace so I can walk, crazy right. Well moving on. Yesterday, I had a history live lesson. But we read a Dr. Susse book and then we took a quiz. I was just playing around with the thingy, and while I was doing that my history teacher brought up the results, and just as he did that I switched my answer. The other teacher that was there came on and said, " I'm gonna find out who that switcher was! They are in big trouble!" I was like, "OUG! (Oh Our God!) She's gonna find out where I live and do something terrible to me!" But then she came on and told us that she can't trace it. Talk about having a heart attack for no reason. Well thats what happened in the last 48 hours. Bye!!

My Crazy Dog and Cat.

Hi guys! Sorry I haven't posted in a long time, but I have been really busy, and our company was having trouble with the Internet and phone, and all that. Anyways, so you ask "why the title if you are talking about the reason why you haven't posted in a long time?" Well here's the reason for the title guys.

I found a piece of one of my old ballet costumes, its a pink feather boa that goes around your wrist. So I put it on my cat (now we can't get it off her, she tries to bite us when we do, i guess she likes it,) and my dog, (being color blind) was trying to figure out what happened to the cat. So she walks up to the cat and starts to sniff her. Then she bites the feather boa, trying to get it off the cat. The cat then runs away from my dog. The dog then follows her but losses track of her and runs around the house looking for her. When she finds the cat, she just stares at her. My mom and I can't stop laughing, and the funny part is, my dog never blinked. It was the funniest thing ever. Below are some pics of my cat with the feather boa. Enjoy!

Hey guys! So our church hasn't been doing good lately, so we are (as I am writing this) rebuilding our church to become bigger and better. The question that we have been asking everyone is "Are you in?" This can apply to many different things in our lives. Including school. work, friendships, family, anything that takes commitment. Next time you get into a new relationship with someone, or start a new job, or even start a new year at school, make sure that you are ready to give your full commitment to whatever it is, and you'll see that its gonna turn out better than you thought.

HEY!!!

Hey people of the world! Whats going on? Not much here, just finally getting done with school. LOL! Its a lot of fun hanging out with friends. I got to hang out with my friends Sunday, yes at a Super Bowl party. After the Steelers won the Super Bowl we turned up the tunes and had a talent contest. It was a lot of fun, BTW I won, oh yea! Roller Skating Disaster In Public!

HEY!!!! Lizzie here live from her computer! YAY!

Okay, I just felt like doing that. Anyways, on to my blog topic! As I told you in my previous blog, my church had a roller skating party this Wednesday. As you know I went, and I had a great time! Its just that yesterday I spent the whole day in ice, I have bruises on my knees, back, arms, even my butt. Yeah, so I am standing up again typing this. I only fell 5 times, 2 weren't my fault. On was when on of the younger skaters fro our church bumped into my skates and made me fall taking me, her brother, and her. The other one was when this show off skating backwards ran into me and made my fall backwards bruising my tail bone! OUCH! The other times was when I was just starting. But that is my skating disaster in public. BYE!!!

Roller Blading Disaster

Hey! Whats up? Yesterday I went over to a friends house, and we decided to go roller blading and biking. You see I can't roller blade that's why I biked while she roller bladed. Well after we got back to her house she decided to try and teach me how to roller blade. Well lets just say I sucked at it. I fell 8 times, 5 on my butt and 3 on my knees. Needless to say I am typing this standing up. It was a disaster! But it was sssooo funny! I was laughing the while time. I even ran over her feet one time, LOL! She was laughing SO hard. I couldn't believe it. And guess what, my church is having a roller skating party on Wednesday! So we will see what will happen. Well g2g, BYE!!!!!!

Hey Guys!!!

Hey Guys! I know I haven't updated for a long time, but I have been amazingly busy. I had to write a thesis for school, draw a pic for art, take down Christmas decorations (FINALLY!!), doing a lot of rehearsing for our band, writing new songs, just crazy! Anyways, I might put up some of my lyrics for some songs we wrote if you guys want me to, just post a comment telling me if you want me to. My cat has recently discovered squirrels, and any time she sees one she goes crazy! I am so excited for V-day, I finally am going to spend it with a guy for the first time! So I am so excited about that. But I will miss my traditional spending it with my friends. But things have to change sometime :'( Well I will update tomorrow because I have to go, so BYE!!!!
